Thank you to Sam and the kitchen team, and Paula, and the cleaning team, who have made the new Notton diner a welcoming and comfortable room for our pupils and visitors to eat and socialise. Thank you to the student council for making this all happen!
The Kennet Lounge has been given a fresh look thanks to Shaun and Aaron, who painted the walls when the boys went home yesterday. We have been so fortunate to receive the rug, sofas and cushions free, from local people who have donated the items. Take a look at the wonderful photos.
It has been another busy half term at Notton with fantastic work taking place to update different parts of the school. The dining room murals have been completed; the walls in the common room and student entrance have been painted, some bedrooms have had new flooring, and the new Year 7/8 classroom...
Maple Class have been loving their adventures with Anna and Nathan this year.
Visits to the sweet shop, Chippenham museum, Halloween parties, Batik art: so much learning and so much fun!
We now have a home-made performance area in our sensory garden.
Pupils have asked for this stage to be built and have already had fun expressing themselves.
Notton House is helping to support the environment by collecting old batteries, and getting them recycled.
We are working with The National School Partnership by collecting old batteries for The Big Battery Hunt.
Every time we arrange for a collection, Notton House is entered into a priz...
Well done to those pupils who have had excellent attendance this term and also, to those who have earned the most green tokens for showing acts of kindness, respect, and safety.
Connor is so proud of his work today. I think an end of term treat is due for Connor and his classmates in Oak Class!
