Paul Kearley, Deputy Headteacher, Curriculum and Progress, and teacher in charge of KS4, oversees all pre and post 16 college placements.

Staff at NHA do their very best to support all young people in helping them achieve their goals and aims, and by developing independence skills. 

Most young people leave NHA and go onto mainstream education within the area in which they live. Some do stay on roll if they are not quite ready to be fully independent, and some may go onto specialist provision.
